2010_12_cochon.jpgAt Cochon 555, an annual event promoting heritage pigs, five New York chefs compete to prepare the best menu using a whole heritage hog, head to tail. This year's chefs: George Mendes, Bill Telepan, Sean Rembold of Marlow & Sons, Peter Hoffman, and Brad Farmerie.
