The Cuozz reports that chef Jason Hicks, an Orsay and La Goulue alum, and partner Yves Jadot, owner of Petite Abeille and Raines Law Room, will open the 75-seat Jones Wood Foundry on East 76th Street in three weeks. They hope to open "the truest thing to a real British pub you'll find in New York" with a menu rife with game, suet-crusted pies, steak and chicken, and small bar plates. [NYP]
