2) East Village: EV Grieve reports that Roastown Coffee appears ready to open for business. Grub Street would also like to mention that there shall be frozen yogurt served here. Status: Opens Tuesday; 133 Second Ave.
3) Lower East Side: Bowery Boogie has a look at the newer, much larger il Laboratorio del Gelato location. It's got twice the flavors and enough space inside to sit or, more importantly, wait in line away from the elements. Status: Certified open; 188 Ludlow St., 212-343-9922.
4) Chelsea: From our tipline comes word that Tuck Shop, the Aussie pot pie joint, has opened their location in Chelsea Market. Status: Certified open; 75 9th Ave.
