Today Eater National brings word that the state of Michigan has banned all alcoholic energy drinks, including Four Loko, the caffeinated malt-liquor beverage that’s causing such a stir these days. It sounds like similar bans could take effect soon in Pennsylvania and Chicago, too. When reached for comment, Xiao Ye’s Eddie Huang, an authority on the subject, had this to offer:
Perfect timing. We've actually been stockpiling Four Loko for the apocalypse. From now on at Xiao Ye, Four Loko Thursdays. 6pm to 11pm all you can drink Four Loko $15. Four Loko is not a drink, it is chlorine in the gene pool. It weeds out all the people unfit for the next generation, like Darwin in a can. General Loko over and out...This is of course just one of many changes being made at Xiao Ye these days.
