BOERUM HILL— Grub Street reports that Mile End Delicatessen is revamping its dinner menu. The chef Aaron Israel was inspired by the success of Torrisi Italian Specialties and wanted to "breathe new life into traditional dishes with elevated technique and a fresh approach." So they're going to be serving items like "veal-tongue polonaise, chopped liver with a house-baked pletzel, and schmaltzed radish salad" after the holiday weekend. Click through for the whole menu.
