Two years after the shutter of actor Chris Noth's Flatiron hangout The Cutting Room, real progress is being made. The owners first tried to move to 70 Franklin St. Over a year later, they settled on 32nd and Park. And today Page Six reports that a lease has finally been signed. The new location features "25-foot-high ceilings, a bigger stage than the old place and dressing rooms." [NYP]
