The Robs learn that TaimMobile, the truck version of Einat Admony's popular West Village falafel joint, will officially launch on November 29th. The project is spearheaded by David Shapiro, a partner in the venture along with Admony and her husband, who, like so many others, left a cushy office job for the romantic life of food truck operation.
