pieshop1.jpgToday the NYT jumps on the ‘pie is the new cupcakes’ bandwagon, noting that “Suddenly, New York and San Francisco are national centers of pie innovation.” The Momo Milk Bar, Four and Twenty Blackbirds, Hill Country Chicken and Diner in Williamsburg are all name-checked — but show us a line down the block for a pie shop, then maybe we're onto something.
