The Robs get their hands on Michael White's new menu at Ai Fiori, the restaurant opening at the Setai in Midtown as soon as next week. It's divided into four sections: Per Cominciare (lobster veloute $18, oysters with caviar $27, veal sweetbreads $19), Le Pasta (mushroom and prawn ravioli $21, gnocchi $18) Pesce (black bass $35, wild salmon $33), and Carne (Australian Wagyu $43, roasted hen $32).
