Le Baron Opening Delayed Until Early 2011

Sad news out of Chinatown, as a tipster reports that Andre Saraiva's New York outpost of Le Baron will be delayed until early 2011. When we last checked in, the under construction space had made a small amount of progress and was hoping to open by November.

Apparently the time line has been pushed back, with our tipster telling us that the current plan is to open for Fashion Week in February. Waiting a bit to open could be a wise move, considering how oversaturated the hipster nightlife market is these days.
