Some of the best parts of the NYCWFF are the candid moments when celebrity chefs are caught off guard after enjoying a few complimentary beverages. Case in point: last night, at the second annual Bacon & The Blues event, when host Todd English was asked by a photog for his thoughts on bacon (please click through to see the video):
"I tell you what. Bacon means everything all-American, you know? As much as I’m international in so many ways, it means America, bacon, booze, and what life is about here in this country. "How true!
