Today, the Robs get a hold of the menu for Shea Gallante's upcoming Italian restaurant Ciano, opening soon in the Flatiron District. Look forward to blue crab crostini with soppressata and pickled ramps, ravioli stuffed with red wine braised veal breast, casserole of summer shelling beans with turnip, and poached farm eggs with herbed focaccia.
