Just as hordes of chefs and meat eaters gathered on Governors Island to gorge on pig preparations, the Wall Street Journal reported that there is a new backlash again bacon. Has bacon, "used too much and too often...lost its novelty and coated fine dining with a ubiquitous veneer of porky grease" as alleged in the article?
