Lowcountry, the Southern Re-Do of Bar Blanc, Opens Tonight

Tonight, Kiwon Standen and Didier Palange open a new Southern concept Lowcountry in their old Bar Blanc/Bar Blanc Bistro space on West 10th St. The chef this time around, Will Sullivan, will showcase his take on the cuisine of South Carolina and Georgia. Menu items include snacks like pork sliders and "trotter tots" and mains like flounder with succotash and Benton’s country ham gravy. The cocktail list focuses on all things bourbon. As seen above, shelves are stacked with vintage albums.
