After giving up on 24 East 21st Street in the Flatiron and the old Tonic space on the Lower East Side, Dans Le Noir, the dark dining restaurant is trying for a liquor license once again in a new space. The Tribeca Citizen reports that the restaurant is hoping to open at 54-56 Franklin Street between Lafayette and Broadway by next March. [Tribeca Citizen]
