BON AP— WWD reports that Adam Rapoport will be named editor-in-chief of Bon Appétit magazine, replacing the departing Barbara Fairchild. Adam Rapoport is currently GQ's Style Editor and has done a fair amount of food writing and bloggery there. He also edited the restaurant section at Time Out New York for three years.
