According to a report last week—denied by the restaurateurs—Le Cirque is potentially looking to downsize to a smaller space. But it's still expanding in general. Zagat reports that ringleader Sirio Maccioni is joining the ranks of Paula Deen and signed a deal to open a version of his famous New York restaurant on 15 ships within the Holland America cruise line. Chef Craig Hopson will work with the cruise ship chef to teach them the dishes, and apparently reservations must be booked in advance. Hey, if Marco Pierre White is doing it....right?
