UPPER WEST SIDE—Former Times critic Mimi Sheraton announced a new round of her Musical Suppers up at the Philharmonic. The deal is, you go to a Philharmonic show, then you eat dinner in Avery Fisher Hall cooked by some of the country's best chefs. On the roster for December and January: Michael White, Marcus Samuelsson, Kurt Gutenbrunner, Andre Soltner, and Alain Ducasse.
