Korilla, New York’s first Korean BBQ taco truck, hits the streets of Midtown today at 11 AM sharp. Restaurateur Edward “3D” Song and his team have crafted a menu of tacos, burritos, sandwiches and rice bowls with your choice of all-natural ribeye bulgogi, hormone free chicken, pulled pork or house-made tofu, six different kinds of house-made kimchi, and either white or bacon-fried kimchi rice. The bowls are topped with your choice of greens, including six exotic wild mountain vegetables.

Nothing on the menu is over $8, and plans are in the works for daily and late-night specials. Following the launch in Midtown today, Korilla will set up shop in other locations throughout the city, you can vote on where you’d like them to go on their website. Take a peek at the full menu here, and do send all early reports our way.
