A Sneak Peek at Brooklyn's Very First DIY Winery

The Brooklyn Winery is putting the finishing touches on its wine bar and event space—they just crushed their first grapes last week—meaning that Williamsburg residents will finally be able to pay for the pleasure of making their own wine! The new venture allows customers to participate in wine making from grape crushing to hand bottling, all of which can be accomplished in anywhere from 8 to 24 months. The honor of creating two cases will run you a minimum of $600, but we suggest splurging on the full barrel for the low, low price of $6,000.
