Even during the chaos of opening 40 restaurants at once, running 75 others, belting out blues classics and being a heart breaker, the legendary Todd English also manages to sneak in a little personal time. He made an appearance at the launch of Saturday Brunch at Lavo, which seems odd considering that he runs a massive food court at the Plaza, a hotel that is home to its own Champagne fueled brunch party. Did he get lost on the way to the Plaza? Is he doing research for his own 24 hour a day Champagne brunch restaurant concept?
