The team behind Lincoln dropped a little video tour of the restaurant yesterday. There's some nice food porn and footage of the kitchen, but best of all is this sound bite from Chef Jonathan Benno: "It's our goal to create an experience at Lincoln that people want to come back for. And I don't just mean come back for an anniversary, or a birthday, or a special occasion — come back regularly." He also alludes to future brunch service on the weekends. [Youtube via Zagat Buzz]
