An obscene amount of people entered this week's Pig Island contest (people love the pork!). Here is one of our three winners: "My favorite NYC pork dish is a tour of tasty Chinatown snacks: baked roast pork bun from Sun Sai Gai, banh mi from Saigon Bakery, pork stuffed sesame pancake from Vanessa’s Dumplings, and then a fairly long walk to digest before finishing with stewed pork noodles from Xi’an Famous Foods." Also she and her boyfriend are cycling 30 miles around Manhattan tomorrow morning to raise money for the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
