The Rusty Knot DJ Party Bus Lives, Changes Nights

The Rusty Knot's party bus was such a rollicking success the first time around, management decided to make it a weekly event. But a tipster who showed up this past Tuesday for a mind blowing night was disappointed when the bus never arrived, telling Eater:

Went to 1st and 1st on Tuesday at 10:30 to check out the Rusty Knot Party Bus with an enthusiastic group. The freaky cat in the website convinced me that it could be fun. It was not to be. The party bus never arrived. Disappointed, we wandered around the East Village drinking heavily. Is the bus no more?
Is the party bus over before it ever really got started?

While there is no good explanation for Tuesday's missing bus, Rusty Knot owner Ken Friedman tells us that the bus lives, proudly announcing, "the Rusty Knot party bus will be picking our peeps up this and every MONDAY. There [will] be a DJ on the bus and another DJ at The Knot. Our website will always have pick up times and locations." This being 2010, you can also get the scoop via Twitter as well.
