2010_01_bouleydelay.jpgDavid Bouley revealed at a cooking demo last night that his latest projection for Brushtrokes, his restaurant and cooking school in the former Danube and Secession space, is July 2010. The complex, which seems to be quite an undertaking, was originally going to open in a building on West Broadway in 2008. Bouley claims it will be New York's first kaiseki restaurant.
