The shuttered Aamchi Pao

1) Greenwich Village: A tipster sends word that Aamchi Pao, the seven month-old Indian street food shop has been closed since the new year: "I’ve been craving their mango lassi and was hoping they were just on vacation or something. Its been three weeks and the bio of the chef and reviews of the establishment have been taken down from the window. Bummer." The restaurant took over for the recently shuttered Indian Bread Co. 2) Gramercy: The Rice branch on Lexington and 28th Street has closed. Their locations in Dumbo, Fort Greene, and Elizabeth Street are still up and running. [ShutterWire]

3) West Village: Elixir, the West Village juice bar on Hudson, has closed. A sign in the window reveals they're looking for a new location. [ShutterWire]
