1) Upper West Side: Eating in Translation sends in a number of good plywood shots, all seen above. (aged.), Rita's, Noche Mexicana II, Jams, and Maoz are all coming to the upper stretches of Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue. [PLYWOOD]

2) Upper East Side: A tipster reports that a new Italian restaurant called Carpe Diem is moving into the old Bandol/Da Mare spot on 78th Street between Third Avenue and Lexington. [PLYWOOD]

3) Cobble Hill: Brownstoner gets some new shots of Mile's End, the much hyped Montreal style delicatessen opening on 97 Hoyt Street. They just passed their Dept. of Health inspection and are on schedule to open next Monday. The menu is available on the restaurant's website.[PLYWOOD]

4) Noho: EV Grieve has an update on the Hecho en Dumbo opening in the former Marion's space on the Bowery right near 4th Street. It's opening next month. [PLYWOOD]
