The LA Times reports that Tom Colicchio's wife Lori Silverbush is currently 20 percent of the way through with the filming of Hungry in America, a new sleek documentary that one hopes will produce the same kind of change for the hungry masses in this country that films like Food, Inc. and King Corn did for local farms and organic growers. Colicchio and fellow big time New York restaurateur Mario Batali are co-producing. A short preview is above.
