Molecular Gastronomy U

2010_01_basque.jpgNews about San Sebastian's molecular gastronomy cooking school first broke a few months ago, but even though the Basque Culinary Centre isn't slated to open until Sept. 2011, now a few more details (and renderings of the design!) have emerged.
