Fabio Trabocchi Eyes D.C. in Four Seasons Aftermath

New, 2 comments

After his sudden departure from the Four Seasons restaurant before lunch service on Tuesday, chef Fabio Trabocchi emailed Washington Post restaurant critic Tom Sietsema to announce his free agent status. Per Sietsema's tweet above, the talented chef is looking at a number of options, including restaurants in Washington D.C., a city he left for New York when he was hired to run Steve Hanson's Fiamma. (Also see a Sietsema tweet below where he needles the Siftonator).

Meanwhile Trabocchi's wife is also on the Twitter pointing out that Fiamma went under exactly one year ago, "...coincidence? destiny? definitely a date to forget..." She also hints that she would be into a D.C. move.
