A stop by Keith McNally's newest project Pulino's Bar & Pizzeria this morning revealed the plywood shed is, in typical McNally style, locked up tight...like Fort Knox tight. But since chef Nate Appleman is twittering away about testing pizza doughs, searching for wood oven suppliers, and picking gelato, there's gotta be something going on in there.
And yes there is. Appleman today reveals to Eater that they're currently shooting for a mid to late February opening. So, in other words, don't hold your breath just yet.
