The NYTimes gets the lowdown on the new EVill Motorino from owner Mathieu Palombino and pegs the opening for this Monday: "Make no mistake, this will be a Motorino when it opens on Sept. 14. His seven styles of pizzas will include some with seasonal toppings — brussels-sprout leaves in October, shaved porcini later in the fall and black truffle and taleggio cheese in the winter." [NYT]
