PRINT MAGS— Eat Me Daily hears that out of all of the Conde Nast publications, Bon Appetit and Gourmet are the most at risk for "frequency reductions" and streamlining. [EMD]

WILLIAMSBURGGothamist and Metromix hit up the opening night party of the new location of The Knitting Factory in Williamsburg. The assessment: "Beyond the beaten-up front ticket counter, salvaged from the Leonard St. location, the new KF looks little like any New York venue—it’s bright, airy and thoroughly modern-feeling, with the concert area separated from the front bar by thick, sound-proof glass." ZAGATWIRE— The Post shares the fairly unsurprising news that Zagat is in trouble. Sales are down and their slow and awkward introduction to the web has not helped in the face of Yelp and other competitors. [NYP]
