VILLAGE— An addendum to today's Opening Report, courtesy of Grub Street: Robataya NY, a new Japanese grilled meats spot, is opening on East 9th St. and 2nd tonight. Like Manhattan's other robataya restaurant, Inakaya, food is served to the diners sitting around the large counter on long wooden paddles. [GS]
