West Village: A new, hip Scottish gastropub wouldn't be complete without the requisite taxidermy, no? And so, it is with great relief that Eater can pass along this tipster photos of a new delivery at the soon to open restaurant Highlands. Right now, that's the saddest looking deer in the world, but just wait until it's lording over all those Scotch-drinking Ale Pie-eating West Villagers.
