Welcome to our photo series, where Eater photographer Daniel Krieger visits some of the city's celebrated restaurants to capture them at a certain, and very specific, point in the day. Today, Saul restaurant in Brooklyn.

Boerum Hill: Just last month, Smith Street trailblazer Saul celebrated its ten year anniversary in Boerum Hill. Touted as "one of the founding fathers of the Brooklyn dining scene," the restaurant does indeed predate some of the nabe's heavy hitters and has garnered a Michelin star or two over the last decade. To honor the occasion, Chef Saul Bolton held a special prix fixe, one seating only dinner for regulars and fans on Wednesday night. This was the the scene.
