In the latest case of neighbors v. bars, Hell's Kitchen residents are complaining to the city, the SLA, and the community papers about Horus Too, relative of East Village hookah bar Horus. They're accusing the restaurant/bar of performing a bait and switch at the original community board meeting and of poisoning neighborhood babies with their evil hookah smoke. [Chelsea Now via EVG]
