Flo Fab has a little more info on the new restaurant going into the Old Devil Moon space, mentioned in the plywood report earlier today. The chefs Christopher Hille and Nathan Foot hail from Nate Appleman's former SF restaurant A16 and SF's Myth, respectively. Due to trademark issues, it won't be called the Grange Food Company after all. [Diner's Journal]
