Tribeca: Act now restaurateurs. The sweet Tribeca corner space on Church and White—currently held be Northern Italian spot Arqua—is now on the market, according to a listing (pdf) by broker Walker Malloy. It's a bit narrow but those ceilings are something else. Perhaps the nearby Macao Trading Co. could expand. Or king of Tribeca Drew Nieporent is good for the $14k a month plus $450,000 key money, right? Chef Paul Liebrandt's always said he wanted a second, more accessible spot.
Okay let's be real: it will probably just be sucked up into the Michael Huynh empire to become another Baoguette or penis soup spot.
