For the third time this year notorious Hamptons restaurateur Ed "Jean-Luc" Kleefield has been arrested for writing bad checks. After his arrests in April and June, cops picked him up last week for writing a bum $12,000 check to the landlord of his restaurant JLX Bistro. [Curbed Hamptons]
