Some fun fall preview tidbits: Billy Gilroy, a partner in Employees Only and Macao Trading Co. and NYC photographer Patrick McMullan will open East Side Social Club in the old Montparnasse space this October. It will be run by Gilroy's son and daughter (who run the Pod Cafe next store) and will have an "old-world atmosphere with a 1940s film noir vibe." Meanwhile when Davidburke Townhouse opens after renos, it will have a carving station. Fun! [Strongbuzz]
