Choose the Shitshow Hall of Fame's First Inductees

This second annual Shitshow Week, Eater will launch the Shitshow Hall of Fame, so the most memorable shitshows past and present can be remembered forever. Potential inductees can be nominated year round from here on out, but the goal is to build up a good base all this week. Like the real Baseball Hall of Fame—or Deadspin's—nominees require 75% approval before becoming an official inductee.
