On Friday, the city evicted the vendor who sells hot dogs on both sides of the Met for falling behind on his $643,000 annual rent. He blames the Parks Dept. for setting his prices too high compared to the competition and is now stuck selling dirty water dogs on someone else's cart. [NYDN]
