The Wicked Wolf Shutters to Make Way for 2nd Ave Deli

Upper East Side: Though 2nd Ave Deli heir Jeremy Lebewohl negotiated his takeover of the Wicked Wolf space on 1st and 75th way back in January, the bar has been fully operational ever since, awaiting word from the deli giant to scram. Well, the time for the move has come. Wicked Wolf will close after service tonight, setting the stage for the one-time East Village institution to open yet another branch that is decidedly not on 2nd Avenue. Reps at both the bar and the deli couldn't confirm when the new branch would open.
