EAST VILLAGE— Starting tomorrow Marco Canora and Paul Greico will host a series of pig roast dinners at their restaurant Hearth. On the July 21 & 28 and August 4 & 18, they'll open up the whole restaurant for these three-course dinners ($42 per person with $18 pairing) that include pork terrine, whole roasted baby pig stuffed with pork sausage, and seasonal fruit pie. On these nights, Hearth will not be serving the regular menu.
EAST VILLAGE— Back Fory's crab boil dinners on Tuesday nights have been such a success that Peter Hoffman is opening the program up to groups of 10 - 14 from Wednesday - Saturday. The stumbling block: it's $600 per group. [EaterWire]
