Would be sometime in mid-2007 when we pondered the future of Colors, the critically well received but—to put it gently—often underpopulated Lafayette Street eatery just south of Astor Place opened in early 2006 by a group of former Windows On the World staffers. Today, an Eater correspondent sends along the above photo, reminding us anew that, indeed, you do hate to see that.
