SHO Shaun Hergatt, the 12,500 sq. ft. monster cheffed by Australian (by way of NYC and Miami) import Shaun Hergatt, opened in the Setai condo building in FiDi this morning for the restaurant's first full day of breakfast, lunch, and dinner service. It's big, it's opulent, but if you're in the mood to drop $70 for dinner way downtown, it's not necessarily the wrong choice. We'll be keeping an eye out for the early word.
