The official opening of Daniel Boulud's eagerly awaited DBGB Kitchen & Bar on the Bowery is Monday, but a call to the restaurant confirms they're soft open to the public tonight. There are no more resys for this evening; however, they're taking walk-ins for both the dining room and the bar area until the kitchen closes at 11 p.m. If you'd rather sample DB's piggy burgers, sausages, and sundae trolley offerings at the grand opening Monday, they've got spots open at 6:45 and 8:45. For now. D-Biggity, here we come.
