Clinton Hill: It was by no means a destination bar, but we're sure the regulars and the local Pratt kids—along with the owners and staff—were none too pleased to discover that divey neighborhood bar Vesper Bar and Lounge at 493 Myrtle Ave. was destroyed on Saturday in a building collapse. Luckily, bricks began falling off the building and the walls were shaking moments before the floors caved in, giving residents time to vacate. In addition to the bar, known mostly for its beer pong table and outdoor patio, four apartments were destroyed. See a full account on The Local blog.
