So, administrative note: Eater operatives—to be specific, Mr. Paolo Lucchesi, editor of Eater SF—is coming to you live from the 2009 Food & Wine Classic in lovely Aspen all weekend long. His Friday AM report: "The sun is out in full force, many birds are chirping, and Blais is already twittering up a storm. We'll be headquartered at the lovely Little Nell—hey, right next to Michel Richard!—for the duration of the festival, with all kinds of round-the-clock coverage from this little soiree's cast of characters, events and of course, the parties.
